Eliminate False Positives with the Not Spam Button in MailChannels Outbound

By Ciara Noonan | 2 minute read

Since the beginning of the year, we’ve been rolling out new features and improvements to MailChannels Outbound. From targeting false positives to improving how you view your messages; our product development team are constantly working behind the scenes to ensure MailChannels Outbound works the way you need it to.

Not Spam Button
False positives can be frustrating, which is why we’ve introduced the Not Spam button. The Not Spam button allows users to notify us when a legitimate message is blocked by our system. Reporting false positive email through the Not Spam button will train our systems to do a better job in future — meaning continued improvement in email delivery.

Log Search Threads
Log search threads put log entries into context. Scrolling through pages and pages of logs to find the history of a message can be tedious. We want to make it easy for you to view your message delivery history. By filtering out the adjacent log entries, you can see when a message was sent, when it was delivered and everything that happened in between. This makes it easier for you to see what happened with a message, and when.
